Tired and rather spontaneous, I booked a "Restore and Relax retreat" in Suryalila in Spain, organized and hosted by Ellen. In hindsight, this was the best choice I have made in a very long time! The Relax & Restore week turned out to be the kickoff of a beautiful and profound journey I was allowed to make with Ellen on my side as we continued a coaching process together. And… what a journey!

This journey with Ellen will stay with me for a lifetime and it is one I will always remember with a smile on my face and a warm heart. Ellen has a good sense of humor, a nice calm energy, she is down to earth, sweet and powerful at the same time and she is super well organized. She has a natural gift for 'real' listening, she is 'sharp' and radiates a rather contagious kind of inner peace audible in her beautiful voice.

The way Ellen guided me in this process felt very pleasant and despite the fact I had to dig deep, the amount of courage it took, the sadness that came up and the painful mirrors I saw I just knew this was necessary to find myself again.

I wouldn't have been able to get to this point where I am now without Ellen's authentic 'healing energy' and I am so grateful for that. - Nicolette Stoltenborg
