I can’t rate this retreat enough! It set me up with a solid foundation of safety that enabled deeper healing to follow, ultimately leading to a grounded and present state. I arrived at Suryalila very hyper-vigilant as I was suffering from panic disorder, and Ellen’s calm and approachable demeanour along with her experience made me feel safe, heard, and understood. The week combined all the right tools for healing with lots of comfort, nourishment, and lovely nature breaks.
