Ellen is an amazing teacher. She led our retreat in Suryalia which was one of the best experiences I have had. Ellen is sensitive, uplifting and the most empathetic teacher I have had the pleasure of practicing with. She is a beautiful person with a deep core knowledge of Yoga.  I learnt so much from her and especially benefited from her Yoga Nidra. It was a deeply transformative retreat and has led me to change things and made me take life decisions which have been so positive.
