Ellen has worked at my retreat centre on staff as well as running many of her own retreats here. What I love about Ellen is her quiet graceful nature. Nothing ruffles her. She is consistently calm, cool and collected. In addition to her dignity and poise, she is also friendly, approachable and warm. Ellen always listens deeply to people and is a wise, intelligent and compassionate woman. She is also a great teacher of Yin Yoga and has an amazing soft and soothing voice that wraps you in a warm blanket and melts away your tension! I see her perfectly fitted to the work she is doing and I have watched her clients unfailingly, relax deeply, let go and brighten considerably.
