Intuition Meditation

Sit or lie down. Make sure you are not disturbed for the next 15 minutes or so.

Sit with a straight spine, in a comfortable seeted position. Close your eyes.

Feel your hips touching …. Imagine that you are building roots from your feet/hips all the way down into the earth. How do these roots look like? Take your time to really build strong roots down into the earth.

Allow strong earth energy to enter your body through the soles of your feet, your legs, your hips, ascending all the way up, filling your body with strong, grounding energy.

As it reaches your head, imagine that it takes away all unneccessary thoughts, heaviness, worries, and flows down as this flow of energy slowy leaves your body, through the soles of the feet. Go to your head. Imagine your head space slowly opening up. Imagine that you draw energy in from the sky above you. Feel how bright, light energy is entering your body through the top of your head, entering your throat, your neck, shoulders, back, belly, hips, legs and feet. All neccessary ballast is taken away as this flow of energy descends down and leaves your body through the soles of your feet.

Take a moment to notice how you feel right now.

You are connected and grounded. You have build your roots – and your wings.

Allow yourself to fully relax. Take a few deep breaths here.

Allow yourself to connect with your inner body right now. Take a few deep breaths.

Now let’s explore your intuition, your personal guidance.

Imagine, or feel it somewhere in your body. Where do you hold this treasure?

Try to feel this in your body. See what comes up, usually the answer that pops up first is the right one.

Now connect with this place in your body and slowly explore it. What does it look like? Does it feel spacious or tight? How big is it? What colour does it have?

Now, put your hand on this place in your body and try to feel this inner wisdom. How does that feel? Does this feel familiar or does this feel new? Take a moment to really connect with your intuition. Breath deeply.

DO you have a question that you would like to ask your intuition? See what pops up.

Ask your question and wait for the answer. Usually the answer feel light, bright and comes up quite fast. Be open to receive.

Breath deeply.

Now, Is there anything that you would like to say to your intuition? Take your time for this.

Take a few deep breaths.

Thank you intuition now for its wisdom, and say goodbye.

Focus on your breath, feel your inhalation and your exhalation.

Beginning to feel your body again. Feel your feet on the floor, your legs, your hips. Feel how you are grounded.

Notice how you feel right now.

Slowly becoming aware of the space that you are in, the room you are in. Expanding your conciousness.

Take a deep breath in, and a sigh out.

When you are ready, open your eyes.
